An estimated 1 out of 3 adults worldwide struggle with sleep. Their brains find it difficult to shift into a lower gear to reach Theta and Delta brainwaves which are necessary for sleeping.

For centuries it has already been known that sound can change the mental state of the brain. Sound can cause anxiety, it can bring calmness, and it can also affect sleep. There is a solid science behind why this exactly happens, and it all has to do with brainwaves.

Brainwaves are the electrical signals the brain uses to process information, think, and communicate with the body. Brainwaves run at different speeds during different mental states. When we’re in a deep sleep, it predominantly runs at 1 to 4 Hz; when dreaming, it runs at 4 to 8 Hz; when awake, it runs at 8 to 12 Hz, and when highly alert, it runs at 12 to 100Hz.

So how does sound affect brainwaves? Brainwaves are frequencies, and sound is also frequencies. When a person listens to a sound frequency, the brain synchronizes with that frequency. The brain starts pulsing the electrical form of the frequency, brainwaves.

For example, when a person listens to a pulsing sound of 4 beats per second, the brain starts pulsing a 4 Hz Delta brainwave, which is the signal for sleeping.

Scientists have used this technique to help people sleep with some success. It has turned out that the brain resonates well with certain frequencies and not so well with others.

Albert La Grange has spent more than 12 years of research and has done over 6000 sound frequency tests. He discovered the exact sound frequencies that resonate well with the brain and that enable a person to fall asleep.

To share this discovery with others, an app called Evolutioner was created where these frequencies are embedded in ambient and cinematic music sessions. The user simply listens to a 12-minute music session to fall asleep. No other action is needed for it to work.

People can now download the Evolutioner app from the App Store. The app is already being used by more than 50000 people every day and night.

If you have issues with falling and staying asleep, download the Evolutioner app and try it out tonight.
